Amy Swint Hewes

Amy Swint Hewes began her career in real estate in 1989 in Southampton. Later, she was assistant manager of Sotheby's International Realty in both Southampton and East Hampton. After college Amy got her real estate license and began her career listing, selling, and renting high-end properties in the Hamptons at Allan Schneider Associates. It was in this unique market that Amy developed her talent for finding marketable properties.

Amy extensively researched data to identify and target financially at-risk properties to list them for sale prior to bank foreclosure. Her experience includes but is not limited to tracking better-than average investments, distress sales, properties requiring rehab, fix-and-flips, and income-producing properties. Amy emails lists of these properties to her network of investors weekly.
