Wilfred E. Joseph

Wilfred Joseph has been involved in various aspects of real estate from investing and renovation to management and sales for over 20 years. Knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate from old house restoration to new home sales, Wilfred has completed restorations on the North Fork, in New York City and in New Jersey.

Trained as an Electrical Engineer with an emphasis on computers he decided that it was sales he wanted to do. After many years of sales and marketing he managed a multimillion dollar sales division for a Fortune 100 Computer company winning many awards and growing the business.

Deciding it was time to move, he and his wife, Veda, moved to the North Fork years ago. Together they operate the Arbor View House Bed & Breakfast in East Marion.

You can count on Wilfred to bring integrity, commitment to excellence and enthusiasm to all that he does. He is trustworthy and honest and, so important in this industry, has the follow through to get the job done.

Wilfred is technologically savvy and utilizes his ever expanding social networks. He is a board member of the Hamptons and North Fork Realtors Association (HANFRA), and is the past president of the Technology Committee which was the driving force in the implementation of several major initiatives.

He is a volunteer instructor in computer basics at the Community Action of Southold Town (CAST). CAST is a not-for-profit organization that supports and trains low-income residents to become self sufficient.
