Tracy was our second real estate agent. Our first agent was pushy and clearly out for herself. Tracy was different. Tracy quickly learned what we wanted out of a house -- what lifestyle we lived, how we planned to use it and the style of house we preferred. She also learned quickly what our budget was and was a great help in that regard. While she would occasionally show us houses that were "on the high end" of our budget -- they were always exactly the type of house we liked (and sometimes wished we could swing!). That said she was always helpful in talking through the pros/cons of any potential offer and we always felt she had good input that allowed us to make solid and sound offers.
