The partners of Town and Country Real Estate – Judi Desiderio, Janet Hummel and Nancy McGann attended the Annual Fighting Chance Gala on Saturday, May 31, 2014. The Gala was held at Devon Yacht Club on Gardiner’s Bay in Amagansett where both the weather and the company were just brilliant! Judi Desiderio proudly serves on the Board of Directors for this non-profit organization which was founded in 2002 by Duncan Darrow. Fighting Chance serves the North Fork and the Hamptons as well as Shelter Island with headquarters in Sag Harbor. The foundation of this organization is to help both individuals and families whose lives have been affected with cancer, providing professional services from the time patients are diagnosed through treatment and into survivorship. A variety of different support systems such as one-on-one counseling and small group support are offered.
