Our Transitional Cottage design is built with a Whole House Building Science approach which offers 6,250 square feet of High Efficiency living on three floors. The house offers 5 bedrooms and 5 1/2 baths. The Master suite has a gas fireplace and is located on the first floor along with an open living plan that consists of a large family room with a gas fireplace, dining room, large Chef's kitchen, den/library, powder room, mud room, laundry room, a large Screened in Porch with masonry fireplace, and an attached two car garage. The second floor has 3 large en-suite bedrooms. The lower level offers a wine cellar, gym, wet bar, recreational room, and a guest or staff quarters. The house will be certified by an Energy Hers Rater to insure our Standards have been met, and that this advanced built home is performing as intended.
