SUPER SUMMER COTTAGE IN QUIOGUE BETWEEN WESTHAMPTON BEACH AND QU

The cottage is terrific for a family with young kids. There are bikes of all sizes, four kayaks, ping pong table, big tree swing, lots of pool toys, and a large, enclosed private front lawn to play on. There is a heated gunite pool, with a handy outdoor shower nearby. The newly remodeled kitchen shares a large space with the living room. French doors lead to the sun room. There is a master bedroom, guest bedroom, a small study and the large screened-in porch.The porch is wonderful for sit-down dinner parties for at least 30 people, with candles and flowers - it's beautiful and bug free! The little study room has a DSL connection at the corner desk, along with a fax/copier. The master bedroom has a cathedral ceiling, and door leads to a small screened-in porch overlooking the pool and flower garden. The second bedroom has a queen bed. IThis bedroom has a lot of built-ins and faces east so it stays rather cool and dark during the day. There is a small private porch off the master bedroom which overlooks the pool and perennial flower garden.This is the pool/guest cottage. It has a queen bed, TV with cable, full bath, small refrigerator and a stacked washer/dryer. It's a nice, private place, and a good setup for a nanny, in-laws, or anyone else that wants a little space of their own.The lawn is terrific for sports, blowing bubbles, croquet, etc. The kids like to pitch the tent and "camp" out there. Afternoon cocktails under the elm tree is especially nice. There are two kyacks which can be rolled down to the bay three blocks away. Truly a special property. Create memories to last a lifetime.
